Paul's Extreme Sound Stretch

Paul's Extreme Sound Stretch

Here is a program to stretch audio samples to extremely stretched audio samples
without ruining the audio signal like you would in any normal audio edition after
being stretched or over stretched I should say, when ever you stretch a signal
the audio file loses it's original value but when over stretched it can make it
sound horrible with audio fluxuations almost like modulation, which ruins samples
this program can stretch samples without ruining the audio.

It imports wav, ogg and mp3 but exports standard wav files for use in samplers.
It has window sizes and can stretch a 2 second sample x100 times it's original
sample length without being screwed up.

This program was made by the programmer who brought us ZynAddSubFX.
